Through the Portal (https://seednessmx.com), the User (understood as any person accessing the Portal) will use and/or access various services and content (hereinafter, the “Services and Content”), made available to Users by Seedness and/or its subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliates, and/or third-party providers of Services and Content. Seedness reserves the right to deny, restrict, or condition the User’s access to the Pages, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, as well as to modify the Services and Content of the Pages at any time without prior notice.

The User acknowledges that not all Services and Content are available in all geographical areas and that certain Services and Content may only be accessed after being purchased, reserved, activated, or previously registered by the User and/or after making a payment.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The intellectual property rights regarding the Services and Content and the distinctive signs and domains of the Pages or the Portal, as well as the rights to use and exploit them, including their disclosure, publication, reproduction, distribution, and transformation, are the exclusive property of Seedness. 3. THIRD-PARTY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

4. QUALITY OF SERVICES AND CONTENT

Neither Seedness, nor its providers or business partners, shall be liable for any damage or harm suffered by the User as a result of inaccuracies, inquiries made, advice, typographical errors, or changes or improvements made periodically to the Services and Content. Recommendations and advice obtained through the Portal are of a general nature and should not be considered when making personal or professional decisions. For such purposes, the User should consult with an appropriate professional who can advise them based on their specific needs.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Seedness agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any information it receives from the User that is classified as confidential according to applicable legal provisions in the United Mexican States. Seedness assumes no obligation to keep confidential any other information provided by the User, whether upon registration to the Portal or at any subsequent time, including information provided by the User through newsletters, boards, or online chats; as well as information obtained by Seedness through cookies, as described in the privacy notice.

Seedness reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy at any time. Consequently, the User should carefully read the Terms and Conditions of Use and Privacy each time they intend to use the Portal.
